Machine-made charcoal, also know as charcoal core rods, artificial carbon, renewable carbon, and smoke-free clean carbon, it is used for the wood crushed aggregates extrusion to made. Rod carbon raw materials have wide range of sources, rice husks, peanut shells, cotton shells, corn cobs, corn stalks, sorghum rod,bean stalk, sawdust, wood chips, wood shavings, loose pericarp, coconut shells are all used as raw materials to produce rods carbon, the best materials is sawdust, wood shavings, banboo shavings and rice husk.

Main characteristics:

Big density, high heat value, smokeless, odorless, non-polluting, non-explosive, flammable, is an internationally recognized green products. Charcoal quality indicators: carbon content>85%, calorific value>8,000kcal, Ash<5%, volatilization<15%, moisture<4%, no impurities, combustion time>3 hours.

Appearance:

In generally, charcoal appeared hexagonal or quadrangular, within black coryneform circular hole, outer diameter of carbon is 37-40mm, intermediate pore size<15mm.

Usage:

Resturant is used for barbecue with charcoal, stick carbon density is more than 3 times of the charcoal, burning smokeless, stick charcoal used in the production of carbon disulfide, and iron and steel smelting in industry. Rod carbon used as a supplement of the boiler fuel, the density is similar to the coal, calorific value is 5500-7000kcal/KG, but significantly the ash content was lower thn the coal.
